Strength in Weakness Twine

The Strength in Weakness intends to give different outlooks toward defeat. It encourages optimism and lets players seek failure to understand the game better. The project provides a representational approach to hardship and find a silver lining. want to make the experience of failure less cruel and unnerving to players. In other words, I want to make the feeling of loss not finite and hopeless but the only way to move forward. It aims to have the player accept and embrace failure the same way as achievements. The game will have an interactive experience where the player needs to progress the game through trial and error, and they'll capitalize on their agency to craft their unique outcomes. The game itself is about a boy named Atticus obsessed with a game that eats his time and mental state. With every failure he grows closer and closer towards madness. Until a quick breather, he realizes what he must do and enacts to surprising success.
